VIRTUAL PRENATAL & POSTNATAL MOVEMENT STUDIO

Welcome to our VIRTUAL MOVEMENT STUDIO!

We are so excited you are here and we are looking forward to joining you on the journey to connect with your body, mind, spirit and baby. With our unique, gentle, and specifically designed classes and series (blending prenatal and postpartum yoga, gentle fitness and Pilates, breath and education), we will guide you deeper into understanding your body and building your confidence as a mom! You will get your body and mind strong and ready for all that lies ahead. And you make friends to share your experience with!

2 programs for expectant and new moms!!

BOTH our series combine six weeks  of LIVE 75 min classes with access to our VIRTUAL library of 30+ videos of instructional tutorials, short and full length prenatal and postnatal classes as well as a BONUS of multiple recorded interviews with local birth and postpartum professionals about relevant motherhood topics. Included in your tuition is a 30 min personal consultation to help guide your on your journey through pregnancy and postpartum.

After you register for your program, you will receive a password to enter our VIRTUAL library.

6 WEEK PRENATAL BODY + MIND
starts July 6th
LIVE ZOOM classes 6 Tuesdays at 12pm

This 6 week program is a blend of 6 LIVE ZOOM classes that will focus on different pregnancy/birth topic each week , access to our VIRTUAL Library of 30+ videos and a personal 30 min CONSULTATION to help guide you on your journey to welcome your baby.

All our LIVE classes will start with a nourishing moment to get to know each other, share our experiences and empower each other. Then we will dive into exploring a topic of our session (breath, pelvic floor, relaxation..) and experience how we can apply what we learnt during our movement segment of class. We will earn how to safely and effectively strengthen your core and your whole body, prepare your body for birth and recovery postpartum by combining gentle ab, pelvic floor and full body strengthening, body stretches and relaxation techniques!

 Class is open to all pregnant moms.

All classes will be recorded and you will receive the links to ALL classes to continue your practice on your own.

6 WEEK POSTNATAL BODY + MIND
starts July 6th
LIVE ZOOM classes 6 Tuesdays at 10 am

This 6 week program is a blend of 6 LIVE ZOOM classes that will focus on different postpartum/motherhood topic each week , access to our VIRTUAL Library of 30+ videos and a personal 30 min CONSULTATION to help guide you on your postpartum recovery journey.

All our LIVE classes will start with a nourishing moment to get to know each other, share our experiences and empower each other. Then we will dive into exploring a topic of our session (breath, pelvic floor, relaxation..) and experience how we can apply what we learnt during our movement segment of class. Our classes will be built to safely and effectively rediscover and strengthen your core, pelvic floor and your whole body, progressing gently each week to safely restore strength, alignment, and functionality and sense of well being in your new mama body. 

 Class is open to all postpartum moms.
