Staying active during pregnancy is important for many reasons. PRENATAL YOGA & FITNESS

Adopting a healthy prenatal fitness routine  is a key ingredient to a healthy, happy pregnancy. The positive effects of prenatal yoga and exercise range from toning your muscled, improving sleep, digestion and mood, to preparing your body for your birth and recovery and deepening your connection with your unborn baby. And not to forget, one of the greatest benefits of prenatal yoga and fitness is connecting with other moms and creating your own village of support. 

In the effort to combat the spread of the novel virus COVID-19, our physical studio in West Orange is temporarily closed through March 31, 2020 and with further closure possible. Our entire community has been working extremely hard to make sure that we keep providing you with the most comprehensive care, support, information during your pregnancy and early motherhood. We continue to offer our workshops and series , as well as adding NEW ones!, in a VIRTUAL format and with reduced registration fees.
